It is most definitely NOT suitable for spraying on your skin. Instead, clean your skin with clean water and a little gentle cleanser that has no harsh chemicals or perfumes in it, like GNLD's Gentle Cleansing Bar. Afterwards, apply some of GNLD's Aloe Vera Gel, which is very soothing. Are you taking GNLD's Omega 3 Salmon Oil Plus capsules? My boy still gets the occational mishap when sleeping, and Care take real care of that smell for me. Once a weak I vacuum the house from top to bottom and spray everything with Care afterwards. The curtains, bedding, carpets bathroom floor, shower, door handles.... the list is never ending! Now that I found something that's doing such a good job, I'll don't have to waste money anymore!
