You need 1000 PV to qualify as a Senior Manager.
Set a goal every month (product use, product sales, sponsoring) and plan the daily actions you need to take to achieve your monthly goal.
Your sponsor will be happy to help you do this, and show you the steps of the GNLD success ladder.
