Every Distributor is a self-employed independent person, whose business is promoting GNLD products, and the GNLD business method.
Distributors are not employed by GNLD, and they do not get a monthly wage from GNLD.

Their income is entirely based on their own efforts. If they sell a lot of products, they make a lot of profit. If they sponsor a lot of people, who also sell products and sponsor people, all sorts of bonuses kick in, which propel their income upwards.
