Hi Hellen.
Thanks for visiting, and for your interesting question. My instinct is to say don't take anything that could cross the placenta, unless you have the approval of your medical practitioner.
There is a new Product Manager for Southern Africa, who may be able to give you a more definitive answer. There's more about Stacey Heyink on this page... http://healthybusiness.co.za/blog/1020/gnld-month-end-news-and-whats-on/
Best wishes,
David.

Hi again Samantha.
There are no adverse side effects of Gr2 Appetite Reducer tablets, whatsoever.
Each tablet only contains a mixture of fibres from konjac flour, barley bran, oat fibre, soy fibre, orange fibre, and gum arabic.
They are perfectly safe, and you can rest assured that digestive fibre in your stomach and intestines has no effect at all on any part of your reproductive system.
Best wishes, David.
