I would say entering your partner into any sort of contract, without his or her knowledge and permission, is illegal.
What’s the point of doing it anyway? GNLD is a long-established, well-respected global business and you will only be able to build your own successful distributorship if it is based on a similar level of honesty, trust and openness.

Although Zambia is not officially on GNLD’s list of countries where they do business, you may still be able to help your friend register.

First of all, you need to contact GNLD in Johannesburg to register a 4-digit PIN of your choice.
Then you can use your GNLD ID number and your registered PIN to get access to the Distributor-only section of GNLD’s Africa website at http://www.gnld.co.za where you can order products online. There are also lots of useful Distributor tools you can use.
