Directions For Use
Using GNLD’s Health Drink Shaker or a blender, mix 2 heaped scoops Nutrishake with 250ml of low fat milk or your favourite juice. Nutrishake is most satisfying when served
very cold.
For more variety, taste and nutrition, add fresh fruit. For an even frothier, thicker drink add a few ice cubes while blending.
