GNLD Vita Squares are more than just a children’s multi-vitamin. They also contain minerals important for various biological processes. And the nutrients choline and inositol to help support learning and memory, as well as GNLD’s unique Tre-en-en for cellular function and energy production.
The most complete whole-food children’s supplement on the market, GNLD’s chewable Vita Squares deliciously provide the nutrient diversity and density young cells need for optimal growth, maintenance and rebuilding.

As you can see, there is no calcium or magnesium in GNLD Vita Squares. Children need both of these minerals in fairly large amounts, and the Vita Squares tablets would be much too large if calcium and magnesium were included.
Two good supplements to provide these minerals, essential for strong bones and teeth, nerves, among many other things, are GNLD’s Chelated Cal-Mag, and Nutrishake.
(Also, there’s info about these two excellent supplements in the GNLD Product Guide…the link’s at the top of this page.)

I bought my son who faint vitasquare, will they help him
Hi Francinah.
VitaSquares will benefit your son by helping to fill any nutritional gaps he may have in the food he eats.
They will not prevent fainting. Your best bet is to take your son to your medical doctor for a check-up.
Hi, my name is Itu from South Africa. I have been advised to give my 4 years old child with bed wetting problem Cal-Mag or Vita Square. I just want tofind out how is it helping with bed-wetting. Please advise.
Regards
Itu
Hi Itu (name changed for privacy).
As far as I know, bed-wetting is not caused by a lack of vitamins, calcium, magnesium, or other minerals. The Vita Squares (along with Vita Guard) will do her a lot of good, by helping to fill any nutritional gaps, but they will not stop bed-wetting.
If you use Google search you will find lots of medical websites with good advice. Here are a few tips:
- avoid sugary snacks before bed-time. The body gets rid of some of the sugar by making more urine.
- avoid drinks before bed-time.
- during the day, encourage your daughter to go to the toilet whenever you notice she needs to go, so she gets into a regular habit of emptying her bladder.
- encourage her to use the toilet before she goes to bed.
- make it easy for her to go to the toilet at night. Some children do not like wandering far on their own in the dark. Maybe her own special potty near her bed may make it easier for her to hop out and empty her bladder.
